MODERN DAY ESCAPE: 'Life's A Bitch' Video Released

May 9, 2012

"Life's A Bitch", the new video from Los Angeles modern rockers MODERN DAY ESCAPE, can be seen below. The clip was produced and directed by acclaimed videographer Scott Hansen (I SEE STARS, A DAY TO REMEMBER, KOTTONMOUTH KINGS) and it once again showcases a much deeper side of MODERN DAY ESCAPE than they've shown on previous releases. The video depicts a stark, reality based look at modern day life through the eyes of those struggling. Highlighting everything from bullying, hate crimes, people's inability to take care of themselves financially and homelessness, MODERN DAY ESCAPE bring their fans into the real world to encourage fans to appeciate what they have and to help those that have less than they do.

"This video is a stunning look at day to day life," explains Standby Records CEO Neil Sheehan. "MODERN DAY ESCAPE prove that their social consciousness far exceeds people's pre-conceived notions of them as a 'party band.' There's far more depth and maturity in this group than most people think."
